The USB output on my TD17KV had randomly started causing the drumkit to freeze when connected to my PC and the only solution I could find online was using a MIDI to USB cable instead which has totally solved the issue. The cable was quite expensive, but I felt like buying a cheaper cable which would be less durable would just result in having to buy a replacement down the line. The build quality on this feels solid and there is no latency at all which was obviously essential.
