Has the composition of good state ionic magnesium changed? lastest bottle of liquid is straw coloured whereas it's always been clear in the past.

I wrote to the company and asked the same question. There was a very quick reply in which they asked if I could photograph the liquid in a clear glass. They also offered to send out a new bottle. I didn't ask for a new bottle until it was determined if there was a new process rather than a bad batch. Disappointingly I have not received any further communication. I had hoped either confirmation all was ok or an immediate new bottle replacement as was offered. As things stand I have no idea if the bottle is fine or rogue and in these circumstances despite previous contentment with the product I won't repurchase.

How long before the effects of taking this can be felt?

A couple of days - this is the beauty of liquid magnesium as it is quickly absorbed. I usually take a teaspoon in a small amount of water and hold each mouthful in the mouth for half a minute (or longer) as this gets absorbed straight into the bloodstream.

does this help you loose weight?

not that i am aware. i only used it for jaw pain caused by stress. i didnt noticed any weight loss, but i didnt take the product consistently either
