Return process went smoothly
Smelled great but was broken in package so had to return. Return was simple and easy. Was sad to return but no way to use product. Envelope was filled with lotion. Had to buy from original website at a higher price but love the lotion.

Great moisturizer but pump doesn't work
I love this lotion. The first time I tried it I was in Hawaii. I am so glad that amazon carries it.My only complaint is that the pump doesn't work so I have to work harder at getting lotion out of the bottle.
