Let me start off by saying, from the moment you purchase this item, the seller is very supportive. They reach out to you and endure that your items arrived safely and inquire about your customer satisfaction. The purchase process was smooth and the seller is very kind. The tumbler is packaged with care. I bought my tumblers (I bought two) as a gift for someone and they loved them! I'm a bit jealous and might purchase them for myself 😄. Everything about this product it glass, including the straws! I have spent quite sometime on Amazon searching for a cute, durable, and hygienic cup as such. I have found that many similar products sold on Amazon have a wood or wooden-like cover. While I wished to indulge in those items, I found through many reviews the covers grew mold. I highly recommend this purchase! On a sliding scale, I gift it a 10/10. For those of you who did purchase, I hope you are enjoying your ColoVie Tumblers out there!

Colvin glass straws break easily. Also, Ordered 2 different colors, one orange one magenta & received 2 glass straws but only one colored silicon straw mouthpiece in orange

This cup is absolutely great for the price. Nice size, perfect my iced coffee! The cup itself is packaged nice and secure. USE CAUTION opening, the glass straw is just sent loose in the box, and when you go to take the cup out it’s hard to see and you will pull it out with the cup and it will likely fall. Mine shattered, I was so sad. Amazon made it right and sent a replacement, which was packaged the exact same way, so open carefully!

I took a chance with this glass, Tumblr and glass straw, but they have turned out to be amazing. They give you a little cover for the glass straw, and that makes it so comfortable to drink out of. I went ahead and bought two more of these they are perfect For soda or tea even coffee not too big just the right size .

This cup is so cute and works great. The lid is plastic with is nice and easy to clean. You can use a straw or just drink out it. My daughter is a barista and all the people she works with won’t one too

I ordered the light purple and it is pink. Its not the same shade as the pink one shown in pictures but def isn't purple. There are scrapes on it and seeing as it's put in the Styrofoam and box before shipping, it had to be there when it was packed. I just scooted the rubber protector down and stuck some stickers over them, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Other than that it is a simple usable cup.

These glasses are so beautiful! They are glass, but not in the least flimsy. And my water tastes even better in these because they are glass. So far, I bought two for myself and five for gifts. I’m happy with all of them. The only thing is, when you order, watch the sizes. I wanted some to be the same size and accidentally ordered one the wrong size. I had to cancel and reorder. It was no problem but I just thought I would add that little piece of advice. I absolutely love these glasses. And the silicone wrapper makes it so much easier to hold.

First cup I received the lid was broken, they did send a replacement.I then went to make an iced coffee and a circlular area broke right out of the bottom and left little shards of glass everywhere.I sent a message to the seller with a picture of the damage and have gotten no response at all, I then sent a follow up message after hearing nothing for a couple weeks and still no response.

I was pleasantly surprised with packaging and how secure it was packed. It’s perfect have used it hot and cold. It’s not too big it’s the right size on ice or hot beverage.

I used this bottle for coffee and I never dropped it or put it in my bag or anything so it was never in any position that would allow it to break. However, I noticed that the water was leaking from somewhere but I didn’t know where so I moved on with my day. After a few minutes, the water has completely spilled and picked it up the bottom of the of the bottle just fell off. It also says it goes in the dishwasher so that can’t be one of the reasons either.
