If you need 3 lb weight get these. I use at night for my exercises on my arms. Much better than 5 lb. Start you off if you haven't worked out in a while.

I’m very happy with the new weights. and the fact they came early. but the package was poorly done. the box with the weight in it was opened and smashed in a bit. it was put into another box that looked like it was opened by scissors or something else.

These are nice and solid in quality and weight. Can do them at your desk while working or on break. Building up to higher weights and before long you will have beautiful strong arms !
