Where do you put it? I am looking for something which tells me when I am due to ovulate because I DO NOT want to get pregnant. Is this the right thing

In you're mouth first thing before getting out of bed in the morning taken at the same time every morning. However BBT charting will not tell you when you're due to ovulate only after when you see the big dip then rise in temp. It will not prevent you from becoming pregnant
