We had a bathroom completely done up and as a result we had no toilet at in the house! So we were staying in a hote for a month however we sept the days in the house to cook etc and carry on with everyday life apart from the bathroom. So my husband bought this camping toilet to be out in the garden we he made a little private corner and the rule was only for Number 1s! It had a handy kid to continue smell and a handle to take to the drain and empty. Very way to clean with a garden hose and bleach! Absolute lifesaver at first I thought I could go all day without needing to spend a penny but this toilet was very reliable in the end!

We purchased this item as we were going camping to Scotland and a couple of sites did not have their toilets open. Although effectively a bucket with a seat it proved a brilliant purchase. It was sturdy to sit on (although we are not big people) and the seat clipped down to stop any bad smells escaping. We utilised someone else’s tip of putting a bin liner in then cat litter. This was very effective and simple. A very cost effective purchase. Would recommend

What a wonderful little loo this is - and a lifesaver during the night whilst camping. Just pop a sturdy bin bag in (I used rubble sacks) with a bit of cat litter and no need to traipse across a muddy field in the middle of the night! Was definitely well worth the money for the convenience and pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and easy to clean it is. Would definitely recommend this product.

I should have checked fully before using this as there was a crack in the bottom which leaked. I don't know whether this was damaged upon delivery, or in transit when we took it with us camping, although it was packed carefully so I'll be surprised if it was damaged by us. Either way, the plastic is a little brittle which is a shame as it would be a good cheap alternative to some of the other camping toilets and very handy in the middle of the night when the kids need the toilet. I've kept the lid and will be looking for a bucket it might fit, as essentially that is all it is... a bucket with a seat lid.

I came across this in a Guardian article about composting loos, there are many expensive and complicated options out there, but sometimes a bucket with a loo seat does the job! And this is it, a lightweight bucket/loo seat combo - seems quite strong too, and the lid a definite bonus 😊 Happy and would recommend for many situations!

Why why why didn't I buy this sooner. 4 young kids out during lockdown and unlockdown holding them for a wee in gutters, bushes, car parks, anywhere.Had this and used it every time we've been out on adventures. Brilliant.Used this with the Relevo 100% Recycled Bin Liners, Heavy Duty 30L, 60 Bin Bags that fit perfectly and have ordered wooden pellet cat litter which multiple forums say is the way to go rather than the very expensive chemical toilets.We have a VW van so if someone needs to go it's everyone else out, blinds up and look away like hired guns protecting a drug lord.Haven't needed to clean it yet because the bin bags tuck over perfectly and are water tight.It would be better if the lid could clip down and the seat/lid be a bit more solid, it took my weight, about 14.5 stone easily (just to test the weight, I wouldn't do that in the van!)The only question is normal bin or dog doo bin for the bag.

Etant en tente, acheté l'année dernière pour cette année ce toilette est top ma femme et moi même lors d'un petit pipi de nuit ou matinale qui évite de s'habiller et aller aux sanitaires nous rend la nuit bien plus simple avec mes 75kg l'assise est impeccable. Facile à rincer et nettoyer. Aucun soucis pour l'instant, il est solide et fait très bien le travail. Je recommande.
