Very nice product. However
Very nice product.However, it didn't say in the description that I couldn't change the lightbulb.I really wanted to change it, because the one that is installed has a very cold and white light.

Small but perfectly formed
Slightly smaller than expected and arrives with a 9v 2 pin plug with a UK travel adaptor.It doesn't sit totally flat on the table but you can adjust the two feet to help balance it.

I previously reviewed this product poorly (19/11/17) because on of the two units I received failed after 2 days operation. That said, I and many of my friends think these to be a fantastic design.I am changing my original review because I now have two fully functioning units.This change of mined has occurred mainly because of the quality of the customer services I have received since I registered may compliant. To say they pulled out all the stops, to complete the transaction is an understatement, the levels of service has been exceptional. Never, have I received this level of support and concern for a seller. They did everything in there power to ensure I was fully satisfied with the product.Feel free to buy from this organisation, as I am convinced, no matter what the issue is, you will have a successful outcome from your transaction.
