Wax creyons drawings remover
So grateful! It's magic. I used it off license as instructed not for upholstery. However, I didn't have choice and used for my yellow chair and even for children's colored wooden chair. The colours are still as they were and no wax creyons drawings on them anymore! Also used solution for carpets on the yellow chair, just to make sure creyons stains are gone. Worked perfectly fine!

Doesn’t work on black ink
I purchased this stain remover to remove a ink pen stain but unfortunately it didn’t work it kind of made the stain wider - I washed the garment later and the stain was still there - I read what it said in tiny writing on the back of the bottle that it didn’t work on black ink! So a waste of money it didn’t say this was an issue when I purchased the stain remover.

Even removes biro!
Excellent product. Used to remove blue biro mark on sofa. Needed to apply it 3 times and leave it overnight, but now the sofa looks as good as new! Much cheaper than buying a new sofa, so worth a little patience! The liquid is quite thick, so it stays in place on the stain quite well even if the material you're applying is not very absorbant (rather than spreading out). I would definitely recommend this product.

Worth a try,but didn't work for me
It's doesn't work on felt tip pen. My sons trainers got pen on them, I was hoping this would remove it but it didn't

Magical stain remover!
It works as described. I just needed to apply it lightly rather than oversoaking the item. Small bottle. Will need to order more.

It really works
Apply the product n keep it for half n hour, then dab water on it n brush it .... u will see magic. The product needs to be cleaned withing 1 hr. If kept overnight it dries n stains won't go. Made that mistake. So again applied it n cleaned it. The ball pen marks vanished
