Very disappointed
I lifted the keyring out of the bag and it fell apart, the heart is meant to say 'world' but only says 'word'.. I'm very unhappy and disappointed with this, as it was a Christmas present. I also can't find an option to contact the surplier to correct this

Nice product but i only received the daddy and daughter part, not the mummy part and I can't find contact details to ask them to send it again. Sort of defeated the object of getting it so was very disappointed.
