Great for cleaning the bits that a toothbrush can't reach!

These were recommended by my dentist as an alternative to floss and they work well for cleaning between teeth. They reach narrow gaps and help get rid of plaque better than I expected. The only downside is that they can bend if you’re not careful, so you need a gentle touch. Overall, solid and effective for everyday use.

These are the only ones I use..abd have been using for yfre years now. Bought some from Boots.. Lo and behold! Those are the softest ones I've used.. They're no good at all. Got me all wound up. I trust these ones.. Good value for money. Good quality. This size fits between my teeth easily.. And effective.

Something I use on a daily basis and recommended by my dentist. Easy to use and has a short plastic holder to protect the brush part.

After seeing the hygienist at my dentist she recommended that I use these. Much easier to use than dental floss , comes with a handy case to store the one you are using. Each brush has a small handle which makes it easy to hold. I was surprised at how much stuff is actually left between the teeth which can cause bacteria would recommend to maintain good dental health. As a tip check with your dental hygienist that you are buying the correct size as one size doesn't fit all.

I do like a TePe brush as floss can be tricky at times. You just need to get the size right to fit the gaps and this one does the majority of mine.

Ok so I SWEAR by these brushes, and have tried Morrisons and Tesco's equivalent which are just CRUD. TePe is the only way to go. I suggest getting a scale and polish and then committing to using these every day. My partner is a dentist and he put me onto these after I asked him to show me how to properly floss - he said don't bother with floss, get these. For the first few days they're quite tricky to use, I'd recommend getting one of the mixed size packs, or asking your dentist for samples, so you can figure out what size(s) you need for what teeth. I use 0.4 for some, 0.5 for others, and then the rubber Wisdom ones for my molars which don't fit even the 0.4s. So yeah for the first few days it took me nearly 10 minutes, and it hurt, and my gums bled. I thought I had perfect teeth but according to my partner bleeding gums = gum disease. As the week went on my gums stopped bleeding one tooth at a time, until there was no pain, no blood, and the whole thing takes me 2 minutes or so. I'd recommend these to anyone serious about the long-term health of their teeth. Especially if you're already a flosser - ditch the floss and get these. It's worth the extra ££ for the genuine TePe ones, they are finer and last longer. The Tesco and Morrisons ones last one use before they're bent out of shape, sometimes not even that long. The TePes last up to a week and they don't grind against your teeth as the wire is thinner but stronger. Also it's really easy to floss incorrectly, these are pretty much fool-proof.
