What are the benefits of using these extra strength sachets over the normal sachets please?

In theory, they may be better at fluidifying thick secretions. In practice, I don't find much difference with the normal ones in terms of efficacy, but they are a bit unpleasant on the nose (mild burning sensation). Also note that if you want a more concentrated solution, you can just add more than one sachet to your nasal rinse - using one of these sachets is simply equivalent to using two normal ones for one bottle of nasal rinse.
