This is a good product. It made a positive difference in a few days to a patient of rheumatoid arthritis. Inflammation and pain has reduced and vitality improved. I would recommend it as it complements the regular treatment well. Consult your doctor if you are doubtful, but this is a good vegan alternative to fish oil. All the best.

This brands omega 3 capsule is just OK. They do not mention the source of omega oil and hence nothing can be said about quality.

I ordered this first time..this is good .sometimes I have to take two pills for better results..
