DeWalt Protective Glasses

These DEWALT safety glasses are comfortable to wear for long periods and feel very lightweight. The wraparound design provides excellent eye protection while maintaining clear visibility. They fit securely without slipping and the lenses are crystal clear. Great quality for work, DIY projects, or general safety use. Highly recommended.

Nice little pair of safety glasses. Given they were only £3.48 I thought they might be a bit flimsy, but they seem to be a good sturdy design and being made by DeWALT, they should be good. The fit well, weight very little and the 'distortion free' lenses are very clear and as stated, distortion free! Given the ridiculously low price, I am going to buy multiple pairs for my workshop and leave a pair next to every tool, so I will never be far from a pair of them regardless of what I'm doing! Great value for money and a good (and wise) purchase to make. Can't comment of their strength and/or scratch protection as (thankfully) I've not had any accidents that would cause damage to the glasses.

My wife Fanny and I share these as they're unisex and provide excellent eye protection when battling for items in the middle aisle at our local branch of Aldi, the global supermarket. Friends in Germany recommended these excellent eye shields and we're both truly thankful they did. Imagine the jostling and swinging arms when staff dump the latest budget waders into a metal basket! As my wife Fanny is more up for a jostle than me (she's an ex amateur wrestler) she always takes them with her when we shop in case things get a little tense. Also good for exploring dank unlived in ruins in the Scottish Highlands where there's a propensity for stinky bluebottles and rotting hare and squirrels. Recommended. Would buy again if we lost them, had them stolen, or they snapped in two. Hugs, Arthur.

These are very good. They are lightweight and comfortable and offer good protection. I often forget I have them on.

Good quality safety glasses at a good price. Comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time and they fit really well and offer good protection. They do still fog up slightly but not as much as others I have had

Anyone who works in shop, garden or site without good eye protection should be whipped! Not having something like these safety glasses always to hand is just plain stupid, especially when they're so inexpensive and easy to use. They're strong and seal around the eyes tightly, but without fogging. I often use them with full face shields to keep out fine dust and vertical ricochets. I even use them sometimes when I go out in the street to keep grit and the wind out of my eyes! Big head, small head? No adjustment needed; these fit the kids' heads as well as they fit my physically big head (my ego, what can possibly fit that?). These glasses are so comfortable that once you put them on you're likely to forget to take them off. They don't look at all (that) weird, either, when you do. And, I think my wife looks really, really hot in them on the rare occasions she uses them (not outside the home, of course)! June 2014: still use them all the time for work and street, particularly after the cataract operations (I can see again! Trust me, you don't want to lose your eyesight!). December 2014: I bought the kids two Nerf guns and a hundred darts to work out their sibling rivalry issues. I also bought two more pairs of these glasses, surprise, surprise. Wearing them is mandatory when fighting it out. So, when you buy your first pair of these, don't just get one. Get two or three - you won't be sorry. BTW, they don't work with vision correcting glasses, either inside or outside them; you'll have to put up with something less satisfactory, sad to say.

No complaints yet and better value than other branded protective eyewear.

This review is for the clear safety glasses.... I had just started a new job as an equipment operator in a distribution center. Three days after I started, I had an issue with a lower eyelid due to an ingrown eyelash. It was uncomfortable, looked bad and was irritated even more by the environment and my duties operating reach trucks and order pickers. So I decided to pick up some safety glasses to protect my eye from the dust and breeze to see if it helped. The best price I could get on similar style safety glasses that were in stock locally was around $10. So, I ordered these in and dealt with my eye until the glasses arrived. Since the glasses arrived.... No regrets at all. The price was right and the glasses are so light and comfortable that I forget that I have that I have them on most times. They have not fogged up on me and seem to have just enough ventilation to prevent them from doing so. but not so much that the ventilation irritated my eyelid as it healed. I have no idea as to scratch resistance as I keep them protected inside my cotton warehouse gloves when I'm not wearing them. I'm also not in an environment where there is flying debris that may scratch them as in metal working, wood working etc. I was going to quit using them at work once my eyelid healed. But, they are so comfortable, I have kept using them daily as my eyes feel better at the end of my shift when I wear them vs. when I don't. The only issue I have had with the glasses, is that I get some glare when I need to pull pallets from racks at high heights with a reach truck. If that happens, I just remove them while I line up my forks and pull the skid from the rack. For the price, if you are looking for clear safety glasses, you may want to give these a shot for whatever you do. They have worked great for me, and I'll be buying another pair to use around the home, in the garage and in the yard.

Very good quality safety glasses. Fit perfectly to my face and very clear lenses. Should be able to use these glasses for years. Would recommend.
