Long Life Lamp Company 3w LED GU10 Automatic Colour Change Red Green Blue RGB Light Bulb [Energy Class A+]

I wonder if some people are getting different bulbs by what has been said in the reviews. I am just about to order some more. I find the colours a lot more vivid than with some other rgb bulbs. The main difference though i have noted to what is mentioned in other people reviews is the way the collours change. Now this may not be to every ones taste if they want a calming effect but i rather like it. From my experience it isnt a case of a jerky change or a continual gradual fading change, the cycle i have seen starts with an jump change between several colours then once it gets to white is does the gradual fading change between colours and when back at white the cycle starts over. So if not paying attention i guess this may give appearance of jerky or inconsistent fade. I like the variation in this from jump to fade and in both the colours are vivid and not washed out as some bulbs produce. So a sure five stars to me

Nice and bright colour's. Auto cycling colour sequence.I have make-brake switches on a fixture.One switch for each of 4 LED's, enabling you to re-start an LED and get them out of sequence with each other.

Does a reasonable job, but not that great. Transition cycle through all 3 colours is consistent, but blue is shorter then the others so not ideal.Rather expensive - I hope that they last!

Got these as there is only one stockist for my other bulbs, which is currently closed. Work well but have no remote so my other lights in the garden can’t synchronise with these. The only real issue and I don’t understand why, at the end of each colour cycle, the light quickly flashes each one simultaneously before starting the next colour cycle. Becoming a bit annoying and wish I knew how to stop it apart from smashing the bulb against the wall. Probably good lights if your other ones are of the same make.

Perfect as a night light.

This lamp does exactly what I wanted it to do. You plug it in, switch on the mains and it automatically and continuously runs through the full spectrum of colours. All the others I've seen advertised have to be controlled by an app on a smart phone or a dedicated controller. I don't have a smart phone or a controller and even if I did I wouldn't want to have to set up the lamp every time I switched it on. I use the lamp to produce an interesting lighting effect inside the porch over my front door.

I bought an external light from the same company with one of these bulbs in, it failed and got stuck on one colour.Thinking I was unlucky I bought a second bulb as the reviews are so good, this one failed within three months. The Long Life Lamp Company did not respond to my email.
