This won't be a problem. You can always keep the Party Rocker Plus plugged in even if the battery is fully charged. It bypasses the charge once it's full so you'll never damage the battery this way. I had read quite a few reviews before purchasing this model and am glad I did. I used you tube to find karaoke songs and connected to ipad via bluetooth. The sound was really good. The lights are bright as several reviews mention, but if you set the unit up on a table or something a bit higher and are sat on a cushion on floor it keeps the light out of your eyes and shines only on walls and ceiling.
