Very good price. The product itself is quite hard to consume as it doesn't dissolve properly in a shake and I usually have to scoop it out with a spoon at the end. However it works very well if you exercise heavily, a lot cheaper than buying these pre mixed "mass gainers". I would recommend eating some around 30-60 minutes before a workout to get fast release energy

If you are planning to make your own energy gel or drink it’s a must-have, especially for the money BULK is asking, you will save loads of money by creating your mix. Taste and dissolving in cold water is not the best and I recommend personally boiling it in case of energy gel making. I mix it perfectly in hot/boiling water. So far with my mix formula, I have a good energy level and it is simply the same main ingredient you take from any energy gel. The best value you can get for the effectiveness

What it says on the tin, maltodextrin for cheaper than pre-flavoured sport drink powders; possibly smaller chain length than some other products which explains the very good solubility but also slightly sweet taste (shorter polysaccharide chain length). In theory that could cause some issues with osmolarity at high concentrations (i.e. stomach cramps), but I haven't had any problems.Comes in a good sturdy resealable bag, measuring spoon included. Measures out ca. 35g which is roughly what you'd want for 500mL. Add some fructose and salt, and say goodbye to overpriced sports drinks.

I add this to every shake I have when I need an extra 200kcal fast carb boost around or during a workout. In water it just tastes slightly sweet so with any protein shake or mass gainer it just sweetens the shake. The bag it comes in is durable, havent had a single one split. Only thing to be wary of is the seal, if you pull too hard over and over eventually the seal comes off of the plastic.

Was delivered promptly, however upon using the product, I began feeling nauseous, then threw up after about an hour later. I haven't had this issue with any other brand of maltodextrin. I don't care to attempt using it again, as the experience was extremely unpleasant.

Excelent product, instant mix without clogs! Very good nutritional value and a very good option to mix up with your protein. With 1-2 scoops you get an optimal amount of carbs post training to load back the glucose into your muscles. A must if your looking for those gainzz!
