This is really burn your mouth, tongue, throat hot. The taste is not great but for those of you looking for the next level in hotness, this sauce is definitely something that has to be tried. I actually go against all the rules on this and have it like a true sauce on burgers, sandwiches etc rather than using it as an extract for the ultimate burn sensation. I went through my last bottle in less than one month and I will say the longer the sauce stays once opened, the hotness does seem to deteriorate or that might just be me becoming immune to it. However what I will say is that I have decided to steer clear from this for the foreseeable future as it has been known to wake me up during the middle of the night with extreme chest pains and tightness of breath. It really is THAT hot, if like me you're stupid enough to use it as a sauce rather than an extract.

It's extremely hot. Completely no taste, just heat. Just one drop to your dish make it hoooot

Bought this sauce for a friend who loves hot sauce.. "can handle" anything hot kinda guy.. so thought we'd get this for him to try...He had chilly and rice for dinner so we thought it'd be a great idea to put (not even) a tea spoon amount on the plate (with a extra hidden in the middle under the food) within seconds of tasting it his eyes and nose running like a tap and gagging with how hot this sauce is! he had to go outside to breath cold air in in an attempt to try and cool his mouth down... his vision went blurry and he nearly passed out!Half an hour and a pint of milk later and he can still taste it. his vision went blurry and he nearly passed out!5* for this hot sauce, it will get the better of even the hardest chilly heads!

The taste isn't the best but this delivers the heat I was looking for. We get through a lot of chilli sauces in our house and we've become normalised to the heat of most. I was looking for something that would give a bit of a burn and those heat sweats - this definitely did the trick. Once we'd had our fun with trying it straight from the bottle, we started to use it to add heat to other dishes. If you are looking for something hot and not too bothered about looking for flavour, this is a very good buy.

Very good funny-hurt my friends with a challenge. 44yrs and he cried.q^_^p.WARNING WARNING.This is sooooo hot..I mixed this with a home made chilli con carne and it's the hottest I've ever had.Oh just three drops.q@[email protected] you like and know how to use very hot chilli extract. Then this is for you..10/10..q^_~p.

If you like heat, I mean volcano erupting heat in your mouth then you should try this. This sauce will silence those that brag and say they can handle anything hot.... It brilliant tasting too and once you try it you cant live without it in your top shelf out of reach of children and ofcoz the faint hearted..

I tried this sauce in Lanzarote a few weeks ago and just had to have some for home. I love hot sauces and curries but this is just mind blowing. Last night I tried a small drop on my finger no bigger than 10 cm on tip of finger. Whoosh my tongue was on fire, reach for the milk, yoghurt and ice cream. I have tried it to spice up curries ando this is the real deal, I know of nothing hotter.

This sause will blow your head off.It was great when I first got it and my friends came round. Watching them run for water after only tasting a drop was hilarious!You will need to buy another "normal" chilli sauce (eg Encona) for your normal day needs Mad Dog can only be used as a stir in sauce due to its potencyThe reason for the 3 stars is because although this is a very spicy sauce, there is no flavour to it.Take Encona for instance; Encona, although not as spicy as Mad Dog, is still relatively spicy and has a great flavour.I now add a bit of Mad Dog to Encona to give it that extra kick and still have the great flavour

One drop of this stuff is all it takes to mess you up. It's great for mixing with sauces.

En terme de piquant, cette sauce est franchement pas mal du tout, néanmoins, je ne trouve pas son gout extraordinaire : On lui ressent un côté un peu poudré, un peu comme si c'était une sauce à la poudre de pili-pili, dilué dans une base tomate-vinaigre.Moralité : si vous voulez un booster pour relevé vos sauce, elle fera très clairement l'affaire, mais si vous êtes un amoureux des sauces piquantes gouteuses, il est bien possible que vous soyez un peu déçu.
