DeWalt DT7920B Extreme Drill Bit Set (13 Pieces)

All round set of wood/plastic drill bits. I've always found it worth paying that bit extra for the Dewalt bit as they last longer than the average/cheaper bits and this set is no exception. To be fair I've not used all the bits, but I have used all 5 of the smaller ones, and they've been super. I've had cheaper bits break or overheat when just driving small pilot holes, but these have been excellent. So far I can't fault them and they're used 3 to 4 times a week on various site jobs. They are in my toolbag and safe in the supplied box which is compact and sturdy so no risk of damage to the bits while knocking around. All in all these have been worth every penny and I'm sure will be in use for some time to come.

You can usually trust DeWalt when it comes to tools and accessories, and these drill bits do not disappoint. The box containing the drill bits is sturdy and will stand for some bashing around. And the drill bits themselves are excellent. Although not primarily designed for wood, they go through it like a hot knife through butter. They also look well machined and finished. A definite recommend, even at this fairly high price.

After considerable use & abuse I needed to replace some our DeWalt drill bits - so the obvious choice was DeWalt again! I admit we’re bias because almost all our power tools are DeWalt as are our drill bits - they’re tough, dependable and this set offers good value.

Solid bit of kit. Would highly recommend this set. Usual Dewalt quality, case is rugged and the bits are sharp. Good drill bits worth the money.

These drill bits are great, they last 10 times longer than any other I have used, did pilot holes for the floor of an entire house with one bit and it's still as sharp as it was when it came out of the box. Not used on metal very much but what I have done has bee smooth, using high drill speed and low pressure, if your having issues you need to use a coolant and lubricant.

Certainly up to the job and they haven't let me down yet. Quality is more than reasonable for the price. I haven't had a job yet these drill bits couldn't handle around the home.Supplied in a very sturdy armoured plastic box with a sliding lock to keep all of your bits safely organised by size and so you don't lose them. No complaints at all 5/5.

I got these on offer for £10. You can't fault them for that and they are great. They are DeWalt so you know that you are getting a good quality and the case is hard so it can take a beating when being stored.

Sharp and does the job. Fed up with cheap bits, they just blunt. Go for a decent set like these and replace them/sharpen them as they go.

Muy buenas brocas, las uso para Acero Inoxidable y van perfectas.

Reçus hier, utilisés aujourd'hui. J'ai percé du cuivre de plusieurs millimètres d'épaisseur et des parois de vieilles armoires électriques (une espèce de ferraille de 3mm d'épaisseur). Du beurre dans les deux cas. En fessant tourner le foret au ralenti (à vue d'œil pas plus de 60/90 tours minutes) les trous se sont faits très simplement avec la limaille qui s'est entouré autour du foret ... J'ai percé à 3,5 (pour taraudage de M4 même si c'est un peu gros) et à 6 et après une bonne vingtaine de trous : RAS. À voir dans le temps mais pour l'instant je conseille !

Utilisé pour faire sauter les 3 rivets qui tiennent une rotule de suspension de Zafira A. D'abord percé tranquillement avec celui de 3, puis passé avec des tailles supérieur, ça perce nickel. Les rivets doivent être épais de 11 ou 12 millimètres et c'est pas de la 'feraille' utilisé sans huile de coupe (honte à moi) aucune chauffe du forêt. Heureux de les avoir acheté, cela fait un moment mais enfin trouvé une vraie utilisation.
