They were not expired but they didn't taste good. I ended up throwing them away after eating only a few. The cream part was melted and not the consistency of Oreo's I have eaten before. **Q: These are more than $11 per pack plus shipping??** A: These are the best oreos ever and you can literally order them from Walmart for 2.96$ a package, guess these people haven't realized they brought them back **Q: Why isnt it called Smoreos?** A: Short-sightedness and you not working in their brainstorming department. **Q: Why are these same exact cookies 3 times higher priced here than in every local store?** A: The reason is when the Oreos first come out with new flavors they are usually available in certain stores.
