Very very nice ac dc bulb with real backup
Brightness is little bit low if compared to normal 12 w bulb in ac mode you can say it 10w but better than 10 w ac dc bulbs which you can also notice in most of the ac dc bulbs but no brand can beat neona in backup and the service of neona is also very good and trustable, best thing it is indian brand with made in india product doing good job than other foreign brands , so keep upgrading your innovations neona.

Not enough brighness.
The media could not be loaded. Works good but not full bright at even in ac because I paid enough money for this. I was expected more brightness in this price range. In dc mode it will give brihtness 50-75% of ac mode. Anyway works good. I give 3 stars.

A Nice Product with long backup and enough brightness
A review after using for one month:- Sturdy product with longer backup..- Enough brightness with battery power as well as AC power..- value for money when compare to other competitors as 7500mAh battery with 6hours backup & brightness on battery power are X factors for this product.

Backup of bulb is reduced within a couple of months
I have purchased this bulb on 25 sept. 2022 and the quality of bulb is inappropriate. It's battery backup reduced within a couple of months. Also it's customer care number is not working. Very very bad service. I am surprised what type of warranty they offer if their customer care is not responsive.

Good backup option
Writing this review after a couple of months of usage. Sufficiently bright while power is on, but in the backup mode brightness falls to half the rated output. Apparently this is the case with all inverter bulbs and the customer support explained this to me patiently over the phone. I am happy though with the purchase as the price to available W ratting plus backup is still the best among other available choices. The double pack bulbs were delivered in ordinary packing without cover or manual.

Terrible never purchase battery light from online
No battery backup .want to return . Our local vendor provide 1 year return . Very disappointed.

Delivery was fast and their customer care is excellent. Excellent work Neona.Ps; This bulb is very cheap in Amazon, in Flipkart its very expensive. Thanks Amazon🙏
