does it resist to water? is the procedure for printing and applying the tattoo simple and repeatable? is the tattoo easy to stick?

Doing the printing itself is easy putting the plastic over to seal the ink when printed can be fiddly, and it is only water proof to an extent so be careful when washing. It is similar to the ones you get out of the Candie sticks- the texture is kind of rubbery but smooth. That's what my son says this isn't something I have used personally. I did see the prints and they did look really good and crisp. Ideal for 1-2 days use before it starts peeling n washing off. Like most things trial n error until you get it right, would recommend assisting/supervising youngsters.

is it easy peel off when you wanna remove the tatoo?

My lad said some of it would peel off easily but for the rest it had to be scrubbed with soap shower gel.
