Usually I get the protector on right the first time, if I need to re-adjust it typically comes off wit out any trouble, but the first one was a right off. The second one went on okay but some of the small shards stuck to screen caused bubbles to appear. This was mostly my fault, but I did use the cleaning products supplied on both attempts and there were still bubbles. To begin with I wasn't going to give a review since I was to blame for the issues, however the supplier was kind enough to offer me a 50% refund for the trouble, which was greatly appreciated and not at all expected. The level of customer support is excellent and I feel another attempt with the screen protectors, making sure the screen is 100% clean would prove more successful. So in my view it's a good product; fiddly but good, the price is fair against other brands and the service makes it 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy as pie to install - great product *by B***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 June 2015* Before ordering this screen protector I was quite hesitant. The reason being that I have been disappointed by screen protectors in the past - not all of them, but most of them. Another thing I wanted to avoid was having to do the installation and getting bubbles all over the place which I couldn't remove. Having installed many screen protectors in my previous smartphones, this was one was a breeze compared to all of those. Perhaps because this one is made from tempered glass, and those were mainly hard plastic. If you follow the instructions on the back of the box you really can't get it wrong. Fits on like a glove, and to be honest I paired it with the i-Blason Armorbox case for the Galaxy Note 4 - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00MJ87QHQ?ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 . The sensitivity is great on the touch screen and it feels as if nothing is in the way of your device performing the way it should. Keep in mind that the case I put on top of this screen protector also has it's own screen protector over that so that tells how well it is working. I can now rest assured knowing that I have taken all precautions for the safety of my brand new Galaxy Note 4. If you are willing to shed out money for a Galaxy Note 4 then paying another fiver is nothing to ensure the integrity of your investment.
