It works if you take care.
This product does what it is supposed to do so very happy with it. I have previously bought cheaper product but did have difficulty with it. This appears to be hard enough to cut into the screw head and allow the removal end to get a good grip. The screws came straight out. It's counter intuitive to run the drill backwards and running the wrong way may have the effect of blunting to tool so take care. I think I may have done that last time. Claims to be very hard steel but no way to know how long it will last.

Worked After Some Experimenting
I had two screws to remove which held on a pelmet around the bottom of my kitchen cabinets. The screws were badly rusted and the philips slots rounded off.I tried the second smallest bit first, drilling a smooth hole in the screwhead, and the turning the bit around using the spiral end to try and remove the screw. The bit just spun without gripping the screw. Then I wondered whether a smaller hole and a larger spiral might work. So I used the smallest bit to drill a hole in the head. It went deeper this time and started to smoke. Then used the spiral end of the next biggest bit and this gripped immediately and extracted the screw easily.Note: Both ends of the bits should be used with the drill in the reverse direction. Also, the drill end works better with the drill high speed and the spiral end works better with the drill on slower screwdriver speeds.

Useless
Pretty much useless. Tried the two smallest ones on a M4 screw and the end that's supposed to drill a hole in the screw got damaged! Seems they are weaker than a screw (that was weak enough to get rounded off in the first place).Screw is still in the same annoying place and these will go in the bin. Waste of money

Fine for small home stuck screw jobs; definitely not for heavy duty tasks.
Cheap and cheerful, but did the job I wanted it to do. Needed to swap out 2 handles on wooden doors, the screws were unfortunately stuck and blunted. This wee set did the job with no time or effort wasted; however, they are just for simple DIY, not heavy duty or industrial tasks. The heads seem to be filing off them already after that small job. Overall, I'm still happy to have them, and have put them away for the next stuck screw issue, but my advice to myself is perhaps use a lubricant spray when starting the task, and definitely to use a better quality screw that what is usually provided in a kit, and not run into the problem in the first place.

Good value for money tool.
This is a good value-for-money product. I needed to remove a one way screw. Using the drill end of the largest bit, I drilled a hole in the centre, then used the easy-out end to unscrew it. This isn't an industrial tool, but for DIY jobs it is ideal.

Very good
Was sceptical with this i have to admit but worked perfectly. Saved me a fortune removing a stuck screw on a power tool
