Super pencil sharpener. Sharpens dozens and dozens pencil. No issues.

Works well with the Faber pencils.

Thought I would buy this as I was buying the coloured pencils. The sharpener is in two parts Faber-Castell grip pencil sharpener one end and a dual size regular the other. It is easy to use but some times stops the sharpening when you don't expect it, I wonder if this is designed to stop lead breakage by over sharpening..however I have not tried any other make pencil in the universal half. You get a good point in the majority of cases. If you have the soft grip pencils it would probably be an essential purchase.

Use this for sharpening my eye brow pencils, great quality, durable and makes sure there's no mess, compact and easy to store away

I havnt used as yet but feel sure will be good for special colored pencils

I am so pleased with this sharpener. I bought it to take with me to a group where I teach crafts and it is important to have a good sharpener that can fit in my box that I take along with me. I found it useful as the shavings are collected in the bottom of the container and it sharpens the pencils to a sharp point. I didn't use it with faber-castell pencils but other makes of pencils and it worked just fine. I think this is a really great value for money shapener and it has 3 different holes (incuding the jumbo hole option) for sharpening. FInding a good sharpener can be tricky but I would recommend this one as it works well and is compact for transporting with you and the fact that it collects the shavings is a bonus too. Update 1/3/2017 I have bought another one as my daughter uses the sharpener to sharpen her eyeliner, lip liner and eyebrow pencils and I decided to get her one for herself.

Great pencil sharper, contains the shavings easily, soft on my pencils not to damage them and is compact.

Lo cogí en rojo por puro capricho, pero es mucho más caro que en color gris, cada cual que valore... es el mejor que he usado para mis Prismacolor. Está fabricado en China, pero usan la cuchilla alemana, así que estoy contenta con esta compra

I've only had this pencil sharpener for a week, so I hope this thing lasts! I liked it so much I recommended it to my child's school teachers. What I love about this pencil sharpener: 1. It's a good size. Small enough to fit in my supply drawer, but big enough it won't easily get lost. 2. It's closes when not in use, but is easy to open so keeps working area clean, and is easy to empty. 3. Shavings are minimal! So you can sharpen A LOT of pencils to a very sharp tip without having to empty it fifteen times! 4. It has holes for standard pencil, larger pencils like Dixon Tri-Conderoga Triangular #2 Pencils, Wood-Cased, Black, Pack of 12 (22500) larger triangular pencils AND for colored pencils! ***5. The blades are sharp enough to sharpen pencils in several seconds each (pencils that haven't been previously sharpened take longer) & with minimal effort! My four year old can sharpen a whole box of 12 colored pencils like LYRA Waldorf Selection Unlacquered Triangular Giant Colored Pencils, Set of 12 Super Ferby (3711121) in 5-7 minutes! 6. They don't break my colored pencil lead as easily as other sharpeners! Update: One drawback, the hinge breaks easily, so it’s hard to keep the two sides (one built for oversized & irregular pencils, the other for colored pencils) together :(. But they are still functional &!very good at sharpening pencils!
