Fantastic addition to your breakfast plate
I'm glad that you sell this. It's quick and easy to make in the microwave. It's just the right size for one.I add butter to it and then it joins my scrambled eggs and vegan bacon for breakfast. You've made a homesick American very happy. I recommend this.

Didn't know how to make as the instructions are clearly wrong on the packet no where near what i expected was bland even with flavours added

Simply not worth it
Not good value for money. Bought it as I was desperate for a taste of home, but was disappointed when the small box of little packets arrived. The shipping is extortionate. Wouldn't recommend.

Use exactly as porridge oats. Finer gritty texture. Prefer porridge oats though. box contains individual portions, best cooked in microwave

Ich habe Grits vor ewigen Zeiten in den USA kennengelernt und war voll happy, sie wieder mal zu kriegen. Bin normalerweise kein großer Fan von breiigem Frühstück (Haferschleim und Porridge sind nicht meins), aber gelegentlich will ich was anderes als Toast und da greife ich zu den Grits. Die klassische Variante wird mit Butter, Salz und Pfeffer verfeinert - schnell fertig, lecker, und sehr sättigend. Die Portionen wirken klein, aber sie geben echt was her. Bisschen heißes Wasser, umrühren, kurz ziehen lassen und fertig. Ich habe auch die Cheddar Jalapeno Variante bestellt und da braucht man außer heißes Wasser gar nichts, die ist würzig genug. Ich kann es als schnelles, warmes Winter-Frühstück wirklich empfehlen. Und falls beim Versand mal was nicht gleich klappt: der Kundenservice ist echt auf Zack, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Da passt alles.

Grits are very versatile. They can be used a breakfast cereal, side dish for supper, or snack with fruit anytime during the table. My first encounter with grits was on a trip to Florida.
