Gloves came on time. Haven't used in the snow yet but it feels warm. Works on my phone's touchscreen too But! I don't know why "Stephanie" is there. I don't think this is meant to be personalized. Not my name either. The product pictures don't say that too.

Didn’t work withy phone
The gloves are comfortable but not as warm as suggested.The thumb and index finger do have a different texture to the other fingers but they don’t work with my phone so you still have to remove the gloves to operate your phone.
