The ink is a very nice black and can cover over pretty much any media, if you do the outline afterwards like I do. It does eat away at the paper if you put too much ink in one place though so you have to be extra careful but that's not really a big deal since you're only meant to draw single lines with it. It also doesn't bleed when used with alcohol based markers which is a big plus, all fineliner pens I've used so far bled like crazy as soon as I applied colour. The brush nib is stiff, but not too stiff, so you can get a very fine line using the very tip of the brush, and you can get to lines as thick as the length of the brush. Overall, very satisfied. Definitely buying again when this one runs out. Very good price considering the high quality of the product.
