Very disappointed that the product package as described... was not what i received.'Tecboss' another company who was selling a pen of exactly the same design, was actually cheaper at the time, but i still chose this product instead because of the extras.

The good news? It lives up to the expectations - does exactly what it says on the tin.1. It was easy to use - the manual is quite succinct but clear2. The initial pack has some templates easy to use for the first time user. To create more attractive projects you will need additional colour filaments3. Quite quick to use and intuitive. It took me just 5 min to get going with it.Some of the things I wished had been better:1. It is not clear how to switch off the pen. I pull the plug out every time. Perhaps there should be an on/off button2. Some more information on how to use the pen to its full capacity would have been useful - links an ideas.Overall I think it has great possibility and I am looking forward to using it for more adventurous ideas!

Now you are ready to draw you dream arts. Once you done your drawing for the day don't forget to remove/unload the filaments from the pen.What I like about this 3D pen1. The pen is lightweight and easy to maneuver.2. I love the portability of the pen since you can either plug it in to a regular outlet or use a power bank and USB for travel.3. It has a temperature button and screen on the pen.4. There's a button that controls the speed, so if you're designing something complex on your creation, you can slow the process down.5. This pen doesn't get clogged unlike many other pens. It comes with a Ceramic Nozzle6. Hello, I have never used a 3D printing pen before so I cannot compare it to others but I had no problems using it. I have made a bicycle with rotating wheels and handle bars. It does put it's self to sleep (cooling down) quiet quickly when not in use, arranging the pieces before continuing, but I cannot fault this as I would rather that than having any "accidents". The only thing that didn't work was the stand. It has a sucker on the bottom to keep it secure but I could never get it to stick which meant the pen falls over. So I just lay it down on grease proof paper.
