Since July 2015 I suffer form severe and constant neck and back cramps that result in phenomenal headache, that doctors define as tension headache. I consult many neurologists, rheumatologist and many other experts. No one could find what causes all the muscle spasms and cramps. What i found, was that the only thing that really helps me and relieves the pain are constant sessions with kinesiotherapist and yoga on a daily basis. A friend of mine who lives in the USA recommend me the Trigger Point Performance Grid Foam Roller. I ordered it almost immediately. I was more than surprise when i tried it for the first time. All the tension in my back and neck was relieved. My spine cracked so many times. What i felt was similar to the feeling when my kinesiotherapist is adjusting my spine. Now I use the Foam roller almost every day. It is not heavy at all, so when i travel I have no doubts to take it with me. I am using it for just a month and a half, but I strongly believe it is made from a real solid materials and it won`t deform or squish. I had been using a cheaper solid 'yoga' roller for some time but found it hurt and was not targeted enough to release specific tight areas. My chiropractor recommended this one and I'm so glad he did! It's so very different to ordinary rollers and my healing has speeded up significantly, making it value for money from my perspective. The videos and how-to's are useful too. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the durability but it appears sturdy.
