This would not draw on properly, it kept clumping and flaking off, only lasted for a short time before flaking and falling off my eyebrow area.Has the ingredients changed?

I have used this seller for some months now and they always deliver ahead of delivery date. The brow pencil is a perfect colour for me (hazel) I have dark blonde hair. It goes on evenly and stays on alday if I don't rub brows. Wld give 5stars if packaged with more protection.
