I cannot praise this enough. I bought it after my wife received an add for some over-priced "light to beat all lights" and was considering buying it. This light came well recommended and we were not disappointed. It has different light types to be used for various situation. It also has light strengths as well including a night light feature. It also has a usb charger built in just in case you need to use the only available socket to plug the lamp into.It looks great and is adjustable in many ways to suit your needs.

This is the only lamp which not only works well but also looks attractive on a piano, The fact that it can be dimmed is an extra bonus

This lamp is a high quality item, made from a high quality aluminium casting with a nice brushed surface finish. The lamp head itself has a frosted diffuser so that the individual led's light output is blended. A great feature of this light is that you can control brightness at six levels, and vary color temperature from a warm white to brilliant white, so it is suitable for use as a bedside light where a warm colour temperature is desirable at night. The lamp base is sufficiently weighty that the lamp can be repositioned without sliding around or tipping. The joints articulate smoothly and hold position precisely.The only negative is that the power light is not light sensitive, and therefore is too bright at night. I'll probably fix this by using a semi-transparent sticker.

I have to point out first about this lamp that it can be really really bright if you want it to and I needed it to be bright. I use this light both for reading and drawing by, but its also kept by a dinner table where it can provide a softer, warmer light with a few simple taps of the touch controls.The lamp itself is sturdy and the arms don't droop or slide about and the metal materials feel great and the arms can be folded down to have the light take on a more discreet appearance as needed.

Well worth buying this as you can change the light from warm to white and set different brightness levels, so very kind on your eyes. Touch controls are very easy to use. Very nice appearance. I prefer the all metal construction as plastic joints can be weak - so no worries for the future. All reviews from various websites highly rate this lamp and i can see why.

Great lamp, love the light effect options, I use the daylight white light for painting model figures and the yellow tint for general lighting. Plenty of power and very controllable. All the joints are firm and hold the lamps position well (note the head of the lamp also rotates) - possibly the foot of the lamp where it attaches to the base could be a little less tight as it can be harder to rotate - this may improve with use. I'm still giving it 5 stars as the design and quality of finish is just great and it looks wonderful on my bureau. Finally I hope this lamp lasts a long time as I would be sad to loose it - I will up date this review if I have any problems.

What can I say except absolutely perfect. This lamp is stylish, functional and a good price. It feels solid well made and has a good heavy base. The LED's should last years so no worries there about changing bulbs. I have it as a study lamp which is brilliant. Working late at night on the computerit provides just the right lighting so I can read by without eye strain. For this quality and price you really can't go wrong. The lamp came well packaged and in good time too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a desk lamp for reading or working, it's great!
