Can I put this in the oven? I do not have a microwave.

What is the smell like?

It initially smelt of lavender but wore off quickly. Now it smells of wheat.

No it states: Fo not apply any oils to this product and do not wash or dry clean. Wipe the surface of the heat pack with a damp sponge and allow to fully dry before use.

Could this be hand washed? Thanks.

No it can’t. Just checked the instructions & it says that no washing or dry cleaning can be done with this product.
