Good product
These do exactly what is required, they're still malleable when frozen and heat up very quickly. Good price, arrived on time. Would recommend.

Very good cold packs but not without problems
I've been using these for over a month now as cold packs and have had no issues with them in regards to quality.Packs themselves are very sturdy and do not feel like they will tear, the material feels like a type of nylon with a matte finish and can beFor the past month I've been using them post workout at least 4 times a week on my ankles and calves. In particular for my ankles as I have tendinitis resulting in pains when I run and even walk a far enough distance. Freezing the packs have cleared the pains for me usually in the following day in my personal experience.Based on my freezer and where I place the packs it takes just over 1 hour to freeze. Upon taking out it will take about 10 mins (on skin) for it to soften to be malleable. The process can be speeded by pressing on the gel to break it up while frozen. For my needs the pack when placing on my leg will remain cool for at least 30 minutes. There are however problems. The packs are shown to be a oblong shape in the pictures but the ones I have received are a rectangle. Additionally the packs are advertised as 13 x 25cm the rectangular pack that came measured at 13 x 22cm.

Great products
I purchased these as my dog has a cruciate ligament detachment. I use thes about 4 to 5 times a day from freezer to leg while awaiting his operation to cool the area down and give him some pain relief. They are great as they do not freeze as a solid lump you are able to bend the with out any problems.I have not tried to heat them in the microwave yet so I can not comment on how they respond.

Great value for money and easy to use
In my opinion, brilliant, bought for my dog for hamstring/soft tissue injury. Not too large as to bother her, she’s a rescue and a bit scared of most things. Just pop a small towel round the frozen one and the warm one doesn’t get too warm, so that one is ok to hold gently next to her. It seems to be doing the job regarding pain relief (vet recommended) and it’s so easy to use. Actually so good I’m going to buy more for the humans in the family 😁. Very pleased with my purchase

Doesn't come with a sleeve
Seems OK but you have to supply your own "towel or cloth" to wrap it in. Fortunately I got one that was supplied another hotcold pack but this makes it incomplete in my view.

It's often described as a sharp shooting pain or like having an electric shock in the jaw
I got those as I suffer badly from trigeminal neuralgia, for those of you who do not or have not heard of this illness ,Trigeminal neuralgia is sudden, severe facial pain. It's often described as a sharp shooting pain or like having an electric shock in the jaw, teeth or gums.I use a hot water bottle as many people do but i thought i would give those a try and boy they are truly amazing and well worth the money i can recommend those 100% i promise you you wont be disappointed. There great in that they can be put into place to fit around the jaw or face , they can also be used on knees or anywhere on the body you need to apply heat . This is a clear and honest review . I would be willing to pay a lot more for those there so good so much so i am going to order some more .

The customer service exceeded my expectations. Perfect for buying products you can't find elsewhere.
To heat, microwave for 30 seconds or immerse in boiling water for 4-10 minutes. To cool, store in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Reusable. Check temperature before applying to body.
