Foodsaver Fresh Food Vacuum Storage Containers, 700ml and 1.2L, BPA-Free, Stackable, 2-Piece Combo Pack, FFC015X [Energy Class A]

At first I thought these containers were rubbish and a waste of money. I hold my hands up and admit I was doing it all wrong. You have to press the marinate button on the side of the machine. Hold the hand help adaptor down on the green oval button in the centre of the container, press the marinate button, and you will find they work perfectly. So pleased. Amazing what you can achieve if you do it right. To be fair of other reviews on here, the instructions are not good. So perhaps FoodSaver should improve on them.

I purchased these foodsaver containers to save time preparing lunches in advance. As a whole they're easy enough to use, with one ??, the food I prepare generally requires refrigeration, when I go to open the container, I often struggle. There is a button on the lid to release the air, but it doesn't always open easily. I've noticed a slight area on one corner by the seal, with less plastic, still doesn't overly help. When watching a video, you see how easy this is, but it appears, not quite as quick when refrigerating once sealed.

Brilliant, would not be without them and will buy more; as and when funds allow. So handy and adaptable; well made too. A great money saving, food preserving addition to the vacuum sealer system.Hope this helpsEnjoy your day

This is the only range of container that my Foodsaver FFS010 vacuum can seal, so I purchased this combo set.A word of caution though. Do check for defects within the refund period. I had to return and reorder. The containers looked good, with no dents, stickers and tapes removed, but they failed to seal!I could only fault the valves, maybe there was a leakage somewhere.The containers are presentable, microwavable (unseal) and durable.For those who own other Foodsaver vacuums, these containers are compatible if you have an adaptor that it is oval shaped.It comes with the FFS010.Cheaper than using plastic bags in the long runThank you

These were not the cheapist of boxes but they are really good, with a good seal and keeps food fresh as supposed to.

Like other reviewers, I've tried every which way & they refuse to seal! I've re-read the instructions, watched the FoodSaver video online, checked the gaskets, plunger, etc. etc., but still no joy. Very annoying as they are not cheap to buy! I'll ring the FoodSaver technical line after the weekend is over & see if they can suggest something - I somehow doubt it, judging by other comments. I would not recommend these to my worst enemy!

These cannisters are not fit for purpose. They both only hold an airtight vacuum for about a day, so food may as well go into a tupperware in the fridge. Buy Andrew James cannisters instead if possible, mine still work after about 5 years. Foodsavers worked for a couple of weeks only. I should have sent them back.
