Good product from a well known brand, I was able to clean the bike chains easily, no problems at all, made the job real easy A++++++++

I don't understand why people find it so difficult, it's a really quick way to run a dirty chain through. Ideally for the price you would expect a can of degreaser aswell but as a product it works well. you need bike in a stand and take the unit in your left hand, trigger with fingers to close on chain and then push aerosol with thumb. Crank backwards and the chain runs through. Hey presto. In fairness, it is just as quick with an old t-shirt tbh. For a bit of plastic and a can of cleaner the RRP is ridiculous. I would only buy again if on a sale, but then now I have the cleaner it will last as it's well made.

This product does clean your chain very nicely. When in use, you will see all of the dirty liquid flow down to the bottom of the container. This shows that it is doing its job. The bristles give it a nice deep clean.My chain came out looking new, nice, and shiney. The can does feel like it will last you a long time.I will say, please make sure that you have a clutch on your derailleur otherwise you will have a bad time with your chain coming off everytime you use it, like I did. It's also not the easiest thing to use. You're expected to hold the clamp down for your chain to sit in, hold down the nozzle for the cleaner to come out and, spin the chain.I just thought that I'd mention the part about the chain just for the people that don't have a clutch. It's not a bad product by any means. If this is a user error, please do let me know. I know that 'Muc-Off' can't think of a solution for everything.Overall, judging by how long I think this will last (a pretty long time,) I think that this is a great value for money. It will give your chain a nice new look.

I've tried various products, which didn't work well (didn't clean properly and were messi to apply) and was sceptical about this one, but was really surprised with this one. Very easy to use, and highly effective.

This bike chain has never been washed, and the bike hasn't been ridden for 2+ years so considering all that I'm really impressed with the results.Our second bike was in worse condition and didn't come out as well as this one - the tool and the water immediately became black and so I would have constantly had to stop and clean the tool.Need more instructions for how to attach the device to the bottle, and how to ensure the device stays shut when it's on the chain - the QR code how to video started once that was already set up.The scent is amazing!I wish they did a smaller size - I'm unlikely to use this much so I wasn't happy to spend this much

... it does the job!So far, I have used this product once to clean a very mucky and congealed chain. It felt a bit flimsy, and did not clamp around the chain especially well, but (with a bit of fiddling) it performed its function, and did not break as I feared it might. The aerosol of cleaner does its job effectively, and there's plenty of the stuff left for a few more thorough cleans.One item is missing from the construction, and that is some means to apply the cleaner to the gears themselves, as they also get pretty mucky. My guess is that I'd have to buy another gadget for that purpose - but the aerosol of cleaner would be great for that task, if only you could direct it in the right direction.So, this gets my thumbs up! Afterwards, you need to apply a really good lubricant to protect the newly cleaned chain.

I have consistently found that Muc-Off do make good quality products. And this is no exception.

Great, but it's a little awkward to use... you need to have the bike either on a stand or otherwise propped upright with the back wheel off the ground (e.g. with the bike seat balanced on your shoulder in a bathtub!?! - let's be honest here - there are not many places to clean a bike in a UK flat). You'll need to use one hand to operate the product (button on top and trigger concurrently), as well as your other hand concurrently back-peddling a peddle. The trigger is a little awkwardly far from the spray button on the top of the can, making it a difficult job with one hand... probably easier for people with really big rather than average sized hands. Instead for us mere mortals, it would be great if the trigger had a close button / catch you could engage once the chain is enclosed, so that with one hand you only need to depress the spray and with your other hand you back-peddle. Otherwise though, the product is effective and the plastic attachment unit is really easy to clean afterwards - just run water through it. It does a pretty good job cleaning your chain, though for thick dirt you may need to repeat and/or use a stiff brush also before rinsing. I'd recommend rinsing down your chain before starting, to loosen some of the dirt first.
