Is this halal tablet
so i did some quick calculations, 5ug of vit d is 200iu, recommended daily is 600iu this is not at RDA
Do these capsules leave a fish taste or after affect of reflux caused by the oil
Im unsure which seven seas vitamin to try, this one or the perfect 7? Has anyone tried both and had a preference?

These work!
I know we don't need lots of vitamins daily - if you have a well balanced, varied diet, but these give me reassurance that I'm getting everything that I need and more - without worrying whether or not I'm getting sufficient nutrition elsewhere.My last health check with my Dr - he said my vitamin levels were perfect - so I think it's down to taking these vitamin tablets. I've taken them for several years now and I like how everything is rolled into one - oil and vitamins.They can leave a strange aftertaste but it soon passes. It's a case of working out which method is best - taking them before or after food..I've found that it affects the brief aftertaste :).Great price on Amazon - especially when I don't want to have to buy multiple tubs at once in order to receive a great price.Sooz :)

The advice is to take 600UI during winter months. And like you say 5mcg is 200UI. But you get the other boost as well. I’d be careful about wanting above and beyond the RDA of vitamins and minerals.
