My nails felt really strong and hard. As they have grown I have found that I cannot do things like soak my hands as the varnish starts to flick off leaving my long nails vulnerable. Having had wraps for years, I would say it is not as good, but as it comes off with varnish remover (fabulous) and does not damage my nails, i would say it is definitely worth buying.
