Very sturdy and strong, well made bait boxes. These measure 5" long, 3" wide and 1.5" deep. Lockable lid opens using a simple two prong 'key.' Two keys were supplied with this order of 10 boxes. Tip: Sellotape the key to the lid of the bait box. I was forever losing keys to bait boxes, forcing me to buy new every time I need to bait up. If you do lose the keys to these you should still be able to open the lid with two prongs of a fork as these aren't the latch type. Big Plus. Inside the box are two compartments for bait, one with a central plastic spike to anchor the bait, whether it's a block, or a baggie. These compartments will also happily take loose bait. Drilled holes (2) in the base if you're using loose bait and want to secure the box to the floor. There's a corridor at the back, separate to the compartments, that the mice can travel through without treading bait everywhere. They won't be able to carry bait blocks out of the corridor tunnel. These boxes are suitable for inside cupboards, under sinks, behind or under pipework, anywhere mice make their runs. Tip: Use a sticky label on the lid with the date the bait was put in/replaced, and what the bait was. Check the contents of the bait box two or three times a week, topping up as required. I'm leaving mine permanently baited, especially in the roof space and just check every now and again to make sure there's bait still in there. These are weatherproof, so can be used outside in a relatively dry/puddle free area. I'm using mine indoors, in the roof space, and in rooms where I suspect I've inherited a mouse or two lately. My fault for having the back door standing open all day, every day often till late at night with the lovely weather we've had this Spring and Summer (up until the last fortnight or so). Edit: The mice started using these bait boxes straight away from the first night they were down, no fear about going in there to eat at all. I used bait blocks in the compartments. Very, very pleased with the design and build of these little boxes. Recommended.

Solid build quality. We used some poor quality bait initially but once we got a different brand it was fine. They are sturdy with a nice built in key. Look smart as well. Good product all round.

Five good quality bait boxes, effective and secure. The only concern is that, to open them, there is only one small key which is easily lost.

To be honest I wasn't expecting much from these but pleasantly surprised at how robust and sturdy they are. They lock tight so no chance of the dogs getting near the contents (not that they would be near the boxes)

Quality is good, safety lock included ideal for the mouse bait to be house. Feel bad about baiting the field mice but I don't want to be inundated with them either

I've had these before and found they worked well. With previous purchases, each box had a key. Although the description states the kit of 5 only has one key, I would have thought given these would be in different locations, a key for each box wouldn't break the bank. The option to purchase additional keys doesn't appear to exist,

Good product if you don't want traps which the mice in this house usually go off still attached to. Just put the bait sachet in the back and shut the lid, it can't be opened without the key so it's safe, put along the wall or the area infested and the bait quickly goes There is only1 key(red) so try not to lose it. The boxes can be used time and again. We never use anything but boxes now, cheaper in the long run. Would recommend.

This product works great, and is much cheaper than the ones at the local stores.

Nonostante siano economiche ho trovato queste scatole veramente ben fatte. Sono sicure, infatti possono essere aperte solo da una chiave in dotazione. Grazie agli scompartimenti interni il veleno rimane inaccessibile ad animali domestici o a bambini. Per una maggiore sicurezza la scatola andrebbe fissata a terra. Il prodotto è adatto per topi di piccola, media taglia, infatti le dimensioni delle scatole sono molto ridotte. Nel pacco si trovano cinque scatole una chiave per aprirle e un manuale in inglese.

Son adecuados para el interior de una vivienda. El veneno está escondido y los ratones (de campo) acceden sin dificultad. Recomendable.
