Is this the real product ?

Doesn’t seem like it is . Packaging is different to original and didn’t have the foil seal . So could easily have been a little bit of soap and just water .

Can this be used just aswell without makeup ?? As

If you mean can it be used as a daily cleanser, and not just to remove makeup, then absolutely. I use this every day as it's so gentle and there's no scrubbing required and it cleans my face nicely.
