El equipo no le funciona la sonda externa que vino con el. No puedo hacer la devolución puesto que el destino de uso final es Panamá y no tengo como devolverlo. No tengo opción de soporte. Actualización, no es la sonda, ya lo probe en otros equipos de la misma marca y si funciona, es el conector del equipo en si que no lee la sonda. Sigo esperando por soporte técnico, la devolución es mas costoso el envío que lo que me van a reponer. -Actualización- El equipo de soporte se puso en contacto conmigo y luego de verificar que el equipo vino con falla, procedieron a enviar uno nuevo, ya o tengo en mis manos y funciona perfectamente. Agradecido

The device is great but the support is poor to marginal. Mine only needed to be charged once a year and the 18650 cell is in great shape. Unfortunately it stopped connecting to Mac or PC or delivering the PDF exports at approximately 3 years old. Support confirmed it sounded like a hardware failure and there was no hard reset available for the device. So even if it's a firmware issue or could be cleared with a hard reset it's not possible. They just stopped responding to my ticket and didn't even try to sell me a replacement. I have some other devices from this brand and there are quite good quality typically. This was my first support experience and my first product failure and it was disappointing.

It is very easy to configure, has a very intuitive software and with very good capabilities. The interface is very easy to use, the battery life is excellent and additionally the technical support is very timely.

Software won't load to the Mac because it needs to be updated to be checked for malicious software. Chat is not monitored. Software documentation is incomplete. Not worth any amount of money given the time wasted.

Well designed interface and functionality. This is a product the engineering and production teams should be proud of.
