My disappointment with Amazon (amazonbluebirch).
I bought Amazon Basics kettle from Amazon on 15 Oct 2024. On 14th March it stopped working. I sent an e.mail to amaznbluebirch as required.They asked for a video of the kettle showing it is not working. I took a video on my cell phone and sent it. They asked me to send the video on MP4 format. I tried to comply but I did not have the needed technology. I sent series of photos with neon tester showing power supply available in the plug point, then plugged in the heater and showed it is not working. They are not accepting it but insisting on sending MP4 format. Every time I send a mail explaining my difficultly they are mechanically sending me the same e.mail. I have beenamazon customer while in USA and when they started operations in India I started getting most of my needs from Amazon, being a customer for several years. I am distressed to see the kind of mechanical treatment they are giving me, a very senior citizen. Will Amazon India solve this problem? B.V.Venkatesan Vellore TN
