Works great, but check the height first
Been using this for 6 months and the only setback is the base height—it's way too high. I wish it went lower, but that's my fault for picking the wrong product. Still, it works amazingly.

Great for streaming with a DSLR
I use this mount on my standing desk to stream with a GH5 camera and it works really well. The single arm construction reduces wobble.

Extra height for bigger lights
I have a commercial work table that I use for my video workstation and wanted to use my larger LED and fluorescent beauty lights in a relatively confined space. These taller stands work great and are very sturdy in my use. They clamp on securely to the desk. I probably would not recommend using these to capacity with a cheap or thin particle board desk as the leverage could easily break the desk. The extra height has helped me to get a studio look for doing YouTube videos and zoom calls along with other background lighting. The removable “baby” stud is great when using traditional video lights. You also have the option to unscrew and remove the stud to reveal a 1/4-20 stud for mounting other lights and accessories. I would highly recommend these.

Fantastic
I needed to mount some lights and a mic from the side of my desk and this fit the bill. The it is made of aluminum, very well constructed. Looks sleek AF and mounts tightly to my desk. Since I am only holding up a panel, a magic arm for the mic, I can say it works just fine with about 5-6lbs on it. I am not sure how it would hold up with a heavy camera setup, but for my uses, it is perfect.

Very stable mount
When I first got this, I was afraid it would shake while using my mouse and keyboard, but it's very solid. Doesn't move at all. The only downside is that the threads on the clamping knob felt a little undersized, and I feel like I could break it if I tightened the knob too much.

Well constructed
This definitely has good bones. There is nothing flimsy about this item. It has a strong clamp to attach to the desk. The pole is heavy duty - nothing flimsy about it. The actual camera mount is very easy to adjust along all three axis. Much better than having the webcam precariously perched on top of the monitor
