Apple 2017 iMac with 2.3GHz Intel Core i5 (21.5-inch, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD Storage) - Silver (Renewed)

This is a refurbished 2017 iMac, that I must say, looks like it's brand new to me. It came preloaded with macOS 10.15 Catalina, which I bumped up to macOS 13.6 Ventura. This computer was gifted to me by my family in order to replace an older iMac that died on me. The package also included a keyboard and mouse. I am totally happy with with this iMac, really pleased. High quality product, great price and fast delivery. I would, without hesitation, buy from this company again.

I was really scared about buying refurbished, but I’m glad that I did. I couldn’t justify buying a new computer when my needs were so basic. This iMac exceeded my expectations. There’s only one tiny cosmetic flaw and it’s not obvious. It works well. The keyboard and mouse are new and unused, but they’re just okay. I plan to replace both at some point, but they’re fine for now. This came super fast. I would definitely order from this store again.

I'm just way too used to my retina display on my MacBook. My eyes go crossed on the iMac for too long, I had to increase the size to read beyond the pixelation. It's a solid computer, does everything I need it to, looks great, etc. No complaints AT ALL except that I should have gone for Retina display for more money, you can see smaller text/images very clearly and I feel like I'm wasting all the screen by magnifying it. But if I don't my eyes start to hurt!!! It's for office work at our restaurant and I only use it a few hours a week, but if I were using it more it would definitely be an issue.

I’m extremely satisfied with my new computer, overall the product was in great condition. It looks brand new and works up to my expectations. The only downside I had to download to the latest software.

Amazing computer works perfectly easy to install still last me a long time even though I bought it a while ago I use it for school and it works perfectly plenty of space and storage

I am a Software Engineer. I have always dealt with Windows Applications never developed and a complete newbie within the Apple ecosystem. I bought this Mac to start developing the problem is that it was not the right product for my needs. Not enough memory was the main issue. I tested with the rest of the Mac OS features like mail, facetime, everything worked like a charm. I felt in love with the product but I had to be realistic and made the decision to return it otherwise it would be collecting dust since I use my Windows laptop and iPhone to handle all that. Again, I intended to use this computer for development and it was not a good fit for me. I checked online see if I could upgrade the RAM. This specific model had no room for more RAM :(

I purchased this computer last week and received in within a few days, great! I unboxed it and it was beautiful, great! Then I go to set it up and it has a configuration setting on it from whoever had the computer last. I couldn’t click past the setting to continue setting up the computer since the admin was not active. I contacted Amazon’s troubleshooting chat, and while they were nice, they could not help me. I then played detective to find the sellers number, only to find out they were closed for the day. In the mean time I spent all evening trying to figure out how to factory reset my computer. DO NOT DO THAT. Now my computer will only turn on and load to a blank screen. I contacted the seller again today, since they are supposed to be open, and I am still getting a voicemail saying they are closed. I’ve seen good reviews for this seller, and really bad ones. Take this as a sign to purchase from someone else who actually checks their products.
