Excellent for 6 months... then died. :-( - UPDATE
PROS:Beautiful design500ml capacity (scent covers my entire downstairs when I used 10 drops of oil)Easy to use and refillCONS:Simply stopped working after 6 months. I swapped out the AC power with no success so it was definitely the diffuser motor that died.Too bad - it's a really beautiful diffuser but I would not recommend purchasing due to the motor quality. For $28 it should work longer than 6 months.UPDATEThe seller reached out to me after reading my review and sent me a replacement diffuser! Excellent customer service so I have changed my rating from one star to five stars.

Update: seller has reached out to me and sent me a replacement right away, due to the one year warranty. Therefore I’ll go back to 5 stars, for the great customer serviceI had it since September of last year. Not even a year. The thing is completely unusable and I would not recommend

Was happy, not anymore
UPDATE:The seller reached out and offered to send a new diffuser. It arrived in a timely manner and in great working condition. So happy to have a functioning diffuser again with the water capacity this unit has.I use this diffuser maybe once a week. Worked fine up until today. Doesn't last a year. At first the power wouldn't turn on and now the power won't turn off. Diffusing setting doesn't work.If you're ok with the price and only getting between 6-10 months of use go for it, otherwise I would pass and get something else.

I love this!
It's perfect, exactly as pictured. It holds a lot of water and I love that it has timers for shutting off!It's exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Beautiful diffuser . Do not overfill or put too much oil it will not work. Dump water and start over with small amounts of oil. Love the lights they will change color or stay the same or no lights at all. I use this at my office and receive so many compliments. Take care of it and follow instructions and you should have no problems with this. I’ve had it a couple of months with no problems
