Ez Queen Raised Air Mattress with NeverFlat

Our first one came and after inflating it, the secondary pump light stayed one all the time? We didn't know if it should only come on when the pump was working to inflate the bed after it lost air or not, and we wondered why our firm setting was not firm, instead the bed was slowly sagging in the middle? We noticed after a little while that the bed took on a U shape at the controls end? Less air in the middle of the bed made the edges bend upwards even tho the secondary pump seemed to be working? We decided to exchange it to see if this was normal. We were disappointed and worried, but Amazon made it easy to return it by scheduling a pick-up the following day. Our second bed came two days later. Good thing because we had company coming the next week and we would otherwise have had to make them sleep on the couch instead of in the extra room. We could tell right away that this second one was working great! It felt firm and stayed firm. At first I was worried that the secondary pump light was not working working like the first one, but after a few minutes of inflating, we could already see there was no need for the secondary pump to run. Now we have a great bed that uses our regular sheets which tuck nicely under the straps below the mattress. Our visiting family can sleep in a separate room instead of in the living room. We bought a mattress cover from Amazon at the same time that fits just like a conventional bed cover and are hoping it will be comfortable for our visitors. I can even use it later on our own bed. I will update this after we have more data on the actual sleep comfort of the bed. Thank you Amazon. You are King of customer service!Update: We love this bed! Our family remarked how comfortable it was during their ten day visit. They said it was never cold like some air beds are. We found it stayed inflated so well that we just left it unplugged until we wanted to add a little air. After the family left, we still kept it up for a few more weeks since my husband loved to nap on it! The cat liked it as well, so they both were disappointed when I finally put it away. This bed inflates and deflates in just a few minutes. This is a great bed to keep handy when company comes.

I bought this bed as a guest bed because the concept is great....easy set-up and easy take down. Here is the problem I'm having and I plan to complain to the company. In the photograph shown in the listing, you'll see that the mattress has little circles throughout the top, imitating a quilted surface. I have had to buy a specialized product to patch 8 holes; all were little slits in the seam of the quilting indentations. I had to place another order tonight for more patching product because I had to use it all on the holes that continue to pop up. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!If you decide to buy the mattress, please return it if the same thing happens to you while you still have the option for return and refund. INSTA-BED, I am supremely disappointed.

I saw this advertised in Sky Mall, and was pleasantly surprised to get a better price on it here on Amazon. This is a really great guest bed - it has three levels of inflation for personalized sleep comfort and the raised bed frame makes it easier for your guests to get out of than low-to-the-ground air mattresses with no frame. I inflate this bed before the guests arrive, which only takes a few minutes; once I've thrown on the bed skirt and sheets, most people don't even identify it as an air mattress! After my guests leave, a touch of the button deflates the whole bed in a matter of minutes and it zips back into it's case. I have some pretty significant disabilities, so I appreciate that the pump does so much of the work for you, and the whole set up is light enough to easily move to my closet by myself, something I cannot say about most other air mattresses.A lot of people complain about the vinyl-y smell; I noticed that at first, but after a handful of uses that went away. Additionally, I purchased a mattress topper as I do for my regular beds, and even that helped cover the vinyl smell until it passed. I am also aware of complaints about the bed deflating with long-term use, but I think that's fairly typical of air mattresses. They aren't intended to be slept on long-term or shared with pets on a regular basis.While I do know that this is a more expensive air mattress than others on the market, I definitely think it is worth it for someone who has frequent guests, but who doesn't have the space to dedicate to a full-time guest room. With the right mattress pad and sheet set, it is every bit as inviting as a "real" bed set.

But after sleeping on it for over two months now, like it as much as my regular bed!I'm in the process of moving from one coast to another, and needed a temporary bed so I wouldn't have to sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag or on a roll out pad (beyond my younger years!)... I had read the reviews and gave it a shot and am so glad that I did! I love it! I bought a good mattress pad to go on top of it so the air mattress "pockets" aren't noticeable, and have a nice set of sheets on as well. It took me only about two nights to get used to it as it is a bit "springier" than a normal mattress, but not annoyingly so. The auto fill feature ensures that it always stays inflated, and I have not had any issues with leaks. I did buy a repair kit just in case as an insurance policy, but don't think I will have to use it. It is cozy, comfortable, and easy to set up. Delivery was extremely fast, and the price was much better than on other sites.I am thinking of buying another one to have on hand for guests, or to use myself when guests are over.

Awesome easy to set up! Just as easy to pack up.Adjustable firmness setting.Comfortable height for ease of getting into/ out off bed.Company stated it was very comfortable & no Air loose.

The seals around the air pump have given away and now air comes out and auto pump keeps going as air leaks.

The cover acts and scratch protection on for the floor. Ease of use. 2nd pump. And firmness setting Re all positive points about this bed.

This bed is awesome. Inflates and deflates very quickly and is comfortable to sleep on.
