Best collagen out there
I have been using this collagen since 2018. I put it in my coffee, oatmeal and cereal. I use 1 1/2 TBS daily.My hair, skin and nails are as healthy as a 16 year old.It has reduced pain in my joints and given me general all over good health.I went through several months of GI issues this year and my hair was falling out by the handful. I resumed taking collagen after a couple years of not taking it and within a month I could see a difference in hair loss.If you are on the fence about this product, do yourself a favor and try it, you will see a difference before you finish the bag.

It’s hard to find good collagen without added Vit C or other vitamins. I can’t take Vit C or B due to the acidity. This is just collagen. It works like a charm on my skin and gut without the worry of side affects of added ingredients.
