Fun and learning all in one.
This is a great game for the little ones. Bingo is always fun but using animals instead of numbers helps little ones recognise the animals. Easy to pack in your bag if going away the kids love it and get excited for bingo night.

Dissapointing set
Came in a damaged scruffy box and contained only a few domino's so wasn't really a long game.

A hit with our five-year-old grandchildren
Sturdy cardboard construction and a few unusual animals extended the kids’ useable vocabulary a bit.

Fun and bright set of dominoes
Really lovely set of picture dominoes with animals instead of the traditional dots.Like normal dominoes you want to try and be the first to get rid of all your tiles by matching them to the ones that are laid out. It's a lovely simple game that younger kids can play with some adult support. The 8 and 10 year old can play easily without needing any help as they understand the basics of the game. The tiles are made of glossy cardboard - they are sturdy enough but younger children might damage them without supervision when playing. For under £8 they are excellent value

Bright, Fun and Wild Dominoes
Great set of dominoes that encourage little ones through play to use their memory as they explore and match animals of the world. These are bright, colourful and well made of cardboard that will withstand a bit of abuse and seem really durable. If your little one is young, you can adjust to simply match the bold colours, or get more difficult by matching up the animals. There are 28 'wild' dominoes in the box and the only niggle i have is that maybe the box is a bit big for 28 dominoes, but they're easily stored in a smaller box. At £7.58 (at time of reviewing) a great addition to our games collection.

Nicely designed, bright and cheerful, and good fun too
Dominoes is a traditional game for adults often played in pubs with 28 numbered tiles, but this is a lovely adaptation designed for ages 3+ according to the box, and 36 months - 9 years from the product information so a good age range. The set uses bigger tiles, ideal for smaller hands and replacing the usual dots found on adult sets with brightly coloured animals which immediately attract attention. For two to four players, the object of the game is as the adult version less the points scoring element – match your tiles to the one at either end of the ones already laid out and the winner is who gets rid of his dominoes first. This ‘Into The Wild’ dominoes set features a variety of land and sea creatures including a tiger, jellyfish, crocodile, zebra and toucan amongst others. If the child can’t match the animal each background is a different, bright block of a single colour which adds another dimension to the game for younger players to assist matching.Made by Shuffle™, each domino measures 11cm x 5½ cm x 2mm thick and are thick, good quality cardboard. However using that material this is potentially a game where parental control is advisable to save the tiles getting creased or damaged with too rough play – they aren’t plastic like real dominoes and virtually indestructible as a result, but the finish is shiny so could be carefully wiped down if sticky fingers have been at play. This is ideal if a child has a friend around, or for siblings looking for activities on a rainy or dark day when they are limited to indoor play. The nice thing here is aside from excitement and competition offered the set will also aid cognitive development, with the child developing language and recognition skills through being shown a tile. You could just as easily use them as cards, asking the child to pick out the one with the tiger for instance, which is a good distraction for younger children. The storage box is also very sturdy cardboard, so everything here is fully recyclable which as a dedicated recycler is a feature I like a lot when the product has reached the end of its life, and it really doesn’t take up much space on a shelf when not in use. There is an included A5 paper instruction leaflet which will show the rules to children unfamiliar with the game. The typeface is clear as are instructions, which explain the rules and how to play with different numbers of players simply, and the excitement of keeping your tiles hidden. At £7.58 this is no money at all, and was eagerly accepted by a four year old grandson who was soon playing with his elder siblings, with all enjoying the game and coming back to it repeatedly. One thing I miss however is the fun to be had standing dominoes on their end and making a ‘run’ – the 2mm thickness renders this impossible, and they aren’t heavy enough due to the material used even if they were twice as thick. The eco credentials make up for that however, and I appreciate that young children would be unlikely to have the fine motor control to do this. Nicely designed, bright and cheerful, and good fun too.
