Other than being VERY noisy, this thing works great! My mother-in-law is 93 and has advanced Alzheimer's. She has great difficulty swallowing pills and chokes easily on them. We cleared it with her doctor to grind her medications for administration and set about finding a suitable grinder. This one works great but it is very loud when operating. It grinds the pills down finely enough that we can easily mix them into a small amount of yogurt or pudding for her to take them. Highly recommend this product!

This thing is a MONSTER! I used it for my wife's meds. a one second pulse turned 16 pills to dust. It was GREAT! It's very convenient to use, super well made, and easy to clean.

I’ve been using the COOL KNIGHT Electric Pill Crusher daily to pulverize several medications and vitamins, and it absolutely delivers on power. It grinds even large tablets into a very fine powder in just a few seconds, which makes swallowing much easier and saves my hands from the twisting and squeezing of manual crushers. The push‑down lid design is simple and friendly for anyone with arthritis or weak grip, and the stainless steel interior feels sturdy and holds a lot of pills at once. The downside is cleaning. Because the grinding cup and blade aren’t removable, powder tends to cling in the corners and around the blade, and it takes time with the included brush plus a damp cloth to get everything out. That’s especially important if you’re crushing different medications and want to avoid any cross‑contamination. It’s also a bit noisy, like a small coffee grinder, and can shut off to cool if you run it too long. Overall, if you mostly crush the same pills and want something fast and nearly effortless, this is a great little machine and a big improvement over manual pill crushers. Just be prepared to spend a bit of extra time on cleanup between uses.

Strong and effective, I only wished it was a little smaller, but it works great to pulverize my elderly father's pills, which he cannot take otherwise. Much better than the manual handheld device we had for that purpose.

Works very well to powder pills to medicate horses (Doxy, Tylenol, etc. It has a nice sized reservoir that easily;y holds the numbers of pills that are needed. Could not be happier with it.

It does pulverize as advertised. However it is AC power only, so no battery. Also, the chamber the pills go in with the grinder does not seem completely sealed and I doubt it can be washed out. Best case scenario is a damp rag wiped around the inside, but I did notice after it was pretty clean that when I would turn it upside down and tap it, more dust would still come out. So somehow it's getting in the machine and can't be cleaned.

Love it. Worth the money.

Muy buen producto; las pastillas quedan como talco! por un tiempo el cable AC se desconectaba fácilmente; pero solo fue de colocarlo con mas presión y todo muy bien!

No lo recomiendo duro 40 días y se quebró el plástico de la polea, lo compre el 8 de marzo y se descompuso el 18 de abril ya no lo devolví porque se vencía el plazo para devolver el 7 de abril

Pongo de referencia la pastilla, la pulverizó en 4 segundos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Llegó con un cable que no entraba por completo pero no lo pude cambiar por qué me desecharon la envoltura. Conseguí otro cable pero no sirve y solo lo use un par de veces.
