This cleaner works best when the foam has not hardened. If you own a foam gun, this cleaner is definitely needed once you finish using your foam gun. Without a good foam cleaner, your foam gun will harden up and you will either need a new foam gun or a lot of time cleaning the foam out. Wear goggles, gloves, and a safety apron if you own one. Be safe.

This stuff works great for quick cleaning of the foam gun. Couple quick squirts and the gun was clear. Reused gun several times with no clogging. Cleaner was fast and easy.

Worked excellent cleaning out my insulation gun

This cleaner is a must have! Works on the typical insulating foam applicator nozzles found at your local home improvement store. The solvent cuts the foam almost instantly - a short burst under 2 seconds is plenty. Remember to wear eye protection. Instead of throwing away any unused foam in the can because the foam in the threaded applicator tube has hardened, just clean the applicator tube out and you can reuse it on your next project. Remember to use the conventional spray tip (supplied) to spray some solvent down into the short threaded wand protruding from the top of the aerosol can. I have thrown away many partially used cans of insulating foam simply because the applicator wand became unusable due to hardened foam within. Not any more.
